Cardio Funk for a Cure

For those of you who might not know, I'm part of a great organization called Taylor's Tale. We work to raise money for Batten disease research, which is a life-threatening, pediatric neurodegenerative disease that affects the little sister of a colleague/friend. It's truly a cruel, evil disease. Please check out the web site to learn all about Taylor and share her story. She's the cutest little girl, and I know you'll just love her!

We're having a fundraising event in a few weeks - Cardio Funk for a Cure. Trust me, if you haven't tried Cardio Funk before, you totally should. It's a super fun dance-based workout class that burns many, many calories! The music is great, anything from rap to oldies to pop, and you don't have to have a dance background to enjoy it. It's fun for all ages - including guys!

So please come out to Myers Park Presbyterian Church in Charlotte on June 27 at 10 a.m. to get a great workout and support a great cause! A $10 donation to Taylor's Tale gets you in the door.

Feel free to contact me or visit www.taylorstale.com for more information. See you on the 27th!
