Pomp & Circumstance

This weekend I ventured to Wilmington for my youngest brother's high school graduation. I can't believe he is finished with high school and about to start college. I seriously feel like I just graduated from high school, and lo and behold, that was seven years ago. And I graduated from college three years ago. Crazy. I am so old. It definitely doesn't feel like it was that long ago at all. But if I start thinking about all that has happened in the past seven years - wow, things have surely changed since then!

Random fact for the day: With me, Adam and Austin all attending the same high school, next year will be the first time in 11 years that a Moskowitz kid hasn't been there...how will they possibly survive?!

Anyway, Austin will be heading to the University of Georgia next year. Actually, he's doing a freshman summer program, so he's headed there in two weeks! He has his red and black all packed (hey, that rhymes!), and he was trying to figure out what classes to register for when I left this afternoon. (And he already knows the football schedule by heart). What a fun, exciting time. So congrats and cheers to you, Austie - enjoy the next four years, as they are going to fly by!

It was a very fun weekend, jam-packed with lots of activities all celebrating Austin and his friends. My mom took plenty of pictures, so I'll be sure to post some as soon as she emails them to me :) Mom, this is your (not-so-subtle) hint to do that soon!

Now it's time to eat the leftover cookie cake that I brought back with me, unpack and gear up for another fun week! Hope everyone had a great weekend.
